VigorXSport operates strictly as an informational atlas for fantasy RPGs. We do not sell games, software, digital goods, or virtual items. Because no onsite payments are processed within our citadel, we do not issue refunds, process cancellations, or manage billing accounts of any kind.
External Marketplaces
When you discover a game in our directory and click the portal link, you are redirected to third-party storefronts or official developer websites. Any purchases made on those external sites are subject solely to their respective refund and cancellation policies. We highly recommend reviewing their terms before exchanging your gold.
Dispute Resolution
If you experience an issue with a game purchased after following a link from our directory, you must contact the merchant or platform where the transaction took place. VigorXSport has no access to your payment history on third-party sites and cannot intervene in disputes between you and external vendors.

If you submit a contact inquiry or support request to our guild, this interaction is entirely free of charge. You may cancel or withdraw your inquiry at any time by simply sending a follow-up email to our support address. No financial penalties apply.

Our master archivists can assist you with navigating the VigorXSport directory, understanding our editorial ratings, or fixing broken portal links on our site. We cannot provide technical support, bug fixes, or refund assistance for the actual computer games listed in our ledger.
